Interfaith Concert

Bible Study

Bible Study has resumed in person every Tuesday at the SCBC Sanctuary at 6:30 PM. Email Pastor David at if you have any questions.


Fellowship Coffee Hour

Fellowship Hour has resumed. Join us immediately following the Sunday Worship Service in Nagle Fellowship Hall to share some refreshments, snacks, and chat with Pastor David and our SCBC family in Christ. Everyone is welcome!

Mission Month

As SCBC is celebrating May, as Missions Month this year, our Missions Board will feature various important ministerial subjects and events each week:

May 15th: The Elizabeth Peabody House 
May 22nd: Creation Care Ministry Team

Sunday School

Sunday School classes for toddlers, kindergarten, and elementary will be held during Sunday service. The youth classes will be held from 10:00am-10:30am before the Sunday worship service. All teachers and kids (3+years) are required to wear masks. Learn more about our children and youth programs here.

COVID-19 Updates

Dear SCBC Family,

We pray that you all are well. We would like to inform you that we will take the next steps in reopening in accordance with Massachusetts and Somerville guidelines. Here are the changes effective immediately:

​No pre-registration required to attend service, and no capacity limit- just show up as you are able​

Masks are required for all attendees, regardless of vaccination status.

If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms, please stay home and enjoy our livestream

We are grateful that the spread of COVID has slowed down significantly which has allowed us to reopen in this way. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
